Antibodies constitute serum immunoglobulins demonstrating specificity for defined epitopes. Recently, these biomolecules have witnessed ubiquitous deployment across domains spanning experimental biology, medical implementations, biomedical research, diagnostic assays, and therapeutic modalities. Thus, producing immunoreagents with heightened specificity and affinity persists as essential. For polyclonal antibody generation, animals receive immunizations with antigen or antigen/adjuvant formulations to induce robust immune responses, requiring periodic blood collection to assess immune reactivity during the process and ultimately harvest antibodies. Unlike MAb production, requiring 3-6 months, polyclonal antisera can be acquired within a brief period (4-8 weeks) with minimal monetary expenditure.
